We are open!

COVID-19 Office Protocols:
Kimberley Vision Care is opened for routine eye care following the BC guidelines due to COVID-19.  We have been working hard to ensure our office is prepared to provide the eye care you expect in a safe and efficient manner.  At this time our office is not taking on new patients as we are working hard to maintain proper care for our current patients. Our office has implemented new policies in order to keep our patients and our team safe during these unprecedented times.
  • Patients will be seen by appointment only, our doors are locked. This includes eye examinations, frame adjustments/repairs, frame selection & any retail. This allows us to control the number of people in office and the flow of patients through the clinic to ensure social distancing is maintained and proper sanitation between patients. We ask at your appointment time to knock on our door to let us know you are here. We will greet you promptly.
  • All patients will be required to wear a mask in the office.  If you do not have one, we can provide you with a mask.  Patients will sanitize their hands when entering the clinic
  • All equipment and surfaces touched throughout the exam will be thoroughly sanitized before and after each patient and all frames that were used after each frame selection appointment.
  • We offer curb side pick-up for contact lenses and retail items.
These changes have been made to help us provide a safe experience for everyone.  We thank you for your patience as we all adjust to these new guidelines.

We look forward to seeing you soon!

Welcome to Kimberley Vision Care

Getting the right prescription for your eyeglasses or contact lenses is an important part of good eye care. But seeing clearly is just one part of your overall eye health. It’s important to have regular eye exams with an optometrist whether or not you wear eyeglasses or contacts, and even if your vision is sharp.

Dr. Christine Chatten at Kimberley Vision Care believes in looking at the big picture when it comes to your eye health, so she takes the time to get to know you, your eye care history and your vision needs. She knows that getting the right prescription involves balancing several factors, including clear eyesight, visual efficiency and your ability to process visual information seamlessly. Whether you need a routine eye examination, an eyeglasses fitting or treatment for eye disease (such as glaucoma or macular degeneration) or eye surgery (such as LASIK or cataract surgery), our optometrist will provide you with the best care, advice, options and follow up.

Kimberley Vision Care serves Kimberley & area with professional detail. Schedule an appointment with Dr. Christine Chatten to see how we can help you get the best prescription for your eyes.
